Homes, cars and net worth

You live in one home at a time and move up by paying the difference between your current home and the next. Your furniture comes with you and is laid out again in the new place, and anyone visiting moves along with it.

The three big homes each unlock two star moves you can only do there. The Hills mansion has a home studio session and a pool party; the Beach estate has a bonfire on your beach and a sunrise set; the Private island has a festival on the sand and a retreat. They're among the best fame earners in the game.

Upkeep

Every home costs 2% of its price a week to keep up. That's nothing for the apartment and a serious bill for the island, so make sure your income can carry a home before you move into it. Unpaid debts left for two game days count as trouble (see trouble and the law). Staff you hire, like security, add to your weekly costs too.

Homes abroad

You can also own a house in some of the cities you fly to, alongside the home you live in. Anyone can visit as far as the garden; the rooms inside are yours. Owning one means you stay there instead of paying for a hotel by the day.

Cars and other rides

Your most expensive vehicle is how you arrive everywhere, and the room hears about it ("Ada pulled up in a Hypercar"). If your entourage is too big for your car, a backup car follows.

Furniture

The shop sells furniture from a few hundred dollars to showpieces worth well over a million. Bought items appear in your home; tap one at home to put it in storage. Each home has a limit on how many items can be out at once, and visitors can see what your furnishings are worth. Anything over $10,000 is announced to the room when you buy it.

Net worth

Your net worth is your cash plus the price of your homes, cars and everything else you own. It sets the status on your profile (Newcomer up to Legend) and your place on the Forbes list.
