By playing Popstar Online or using essentialpopstar.com you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so please do.

The game

Popstar Online is provided free of charge, as it is. We keep improving it, which means features, prices and balance can change. We'll do our best to keep your progress safe, but we can't promise the game will always be available or free of bugs.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. Stage names must not impersonate someone else or be offensive; we may change or remove names that are. If you play without signing in, your save lives only in your browser, and we can't recover it if it's cleared.

In-game money and purchases

In-game cash, items, homes and Premium have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money. Purchases are final once delivered, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If a purchase doesn't arrive, contact us with your payment reference and we'll put it right.

Playing fairly

Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or interfere with the game or other players. In the online game, be decent to other players: no harassment, hate, sexual content or spam in names, messages or chat. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Content

The game's art, characters, code and text belong to its developer. You're welcome to share screenshots and videos of the game. Real public figures who appear in the game are portrayed in a fictional setting, and nothing they say or do in the game is real.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for losses of in-game progress or items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.
