Bug reports

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. The name of the place you were in, your device and browser (for example "iPhone, Safari"), and a screenshot help a lot.

Your save or a purchase

If you've lost progress or a purchase didn't arrive, include your stage name and, if you signed in, the email address on your account. For purchases, the payment reference from your receipt lets us find it straight away.

Privacy requests

To ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or to have your account and cloud save deleted, email us from the address on your account. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Business

For press, partnerships or advertising, email the same address with "Business" in the subject.
